Sablelinks.com was launched sometime in March of 2004 as a side project in my goal to become an internet porn millionaire. Well, I didn’t exactly become a millionaire. I become a “hundred-aire”, as in I made a few hundred dollars (enough to recoup my initial investment), but not exactly as much as I had anticipated. There really was no secret to my failure; I just didn’t work hard enough to make more money.
Sometime early in 2005 (sorry, I don’t remember the dates and that should tell you how seriously I was taking the website 
) I decided to shutdown Sablelinks.com, quite frankly because I didn’t give a shit about it. I was doing a decent amount of traffic; I was making a few bucks, but when you don’t give a fuck, you JUST DON’T GIVE A FUCK. I learned a valuable lesson. If you’re going to start a business (and that’s what any wannabe porn entrepreneur should treat his foray into porn as) then either give it 100% attention or don’t fucking bother at all. If you give a half-ass effort and don’t fail then a) you’re lucky and b) you’re not making as much money as you would if you put in more effort.
I’ve decided to relaunch the website as of August 2005. I actually did the right thing this time and drew up a business plan, a marketing plan and got my old gang of writers back together to treat this seriously.
So basically the point of this whole website is this: Porn is more than about jacking off, although that’s most of it. Sure, I’ll supply you with plenty of links to wank to, but please allow me to stimulate your mind in a non-sexual way. Try this experiment – jack off first and then come back and read the articles, you might actually remember them that way.
